✔️ 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

✔️ 1 tsp. baking powder

✔️ 1/2 tsp. baking soda

✔️ 1/2 tsp. salt

✔️ 1/2 cup butter (softened)

✔️ 1 cup sugar

✔️ 2 large eggs

✔️ 1/2 cup milk

✔️ 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

✔️ Zest of 1 lemon

✔️ 1 tsp vanilla extract

🌟 PREPARATION 🌟

1️⃣ Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F) and prepare your pan with butter and flour.

2️⃣ Mix the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.

3️⃣ In another bowl, beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Add the eggs one by one.

4️⃣ Add lemon juice and zest, along with vanilla.

5️⃣ Alternate the dry ingredients with the milk, starting and ending with the flour mixture.

6️⃣ Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.

7️⃣ Cool completely before serving or decorating.
