Ingredients:
12 fresh oysters, shucked ![]()
1 cup fresh spinach, finely chopped ![]()
2 tbsp unsalted butter ![]()
1 garlic clove, minced ![]()
1/4 cup heavy cream ![]()
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese ![]()
1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs ![]()
1 tbsp olive oil ![]()
Salt & pepper to taste ![]()
Instructions:
Preheat Oven: Heat to 400°F (200°C). Place oysters on a baking sheet.
Prepare Topping: In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Sauté garlic until fragrant. Add spinach, cook until wilted.
Creamy Mixture: Stir in cream, Parmesan, salt, and pepper. Cook until slightly thickened.
Assemble Oysters: Spoon spinach mixture onto each oyster.
Breadcrumbs: Mix panko with olive oil. Sprinkle over oysters.
Bake: Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden.
Serve: Enjoy warm with lemon wedges
