1. Chicken Foil Packets
- 3 chicken breasts
- 1.8 lb petite red potatoes, diced
- 1/2 yellow onion, sliced
- 6 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp chipotle chili powder
- 3 cups Colby Jack cheese, shredded
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 6 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled

- 2 lb lean ground beef
- 1 packet onion soup mix
- 1.5 lb baby gold potatoes, quartered
