Cheesecake Deviled Strawberries 🍓🤤
These creamy, dreamy deviled strawberries are the ultimate bite-sized dessert! Perfect for parties, potlucks, and holidays.
Ingredients
- 18–24 large strawberries
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 2/3 cup white granulated sugar
Instructions
- Prepare the strawberries: Rinse and dry the strawberries. Slice each strawberry in half lengthwise. Use a small spoon or melon baller to carefully scoop out a small hole in the center of each half to make space for the filling.
- Make the filling: In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, sour cream, and sugar together until smooth and creamy. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream to stiff peaks.
- Combine: Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined and fluffy.
- Fill the strawberries: Spoon the cheesecake filling into a piping bag fitted with a star tip (or use a zip-top bag with the corner snipped off) and pipe the filling into each hollowed-out strawberry half.
- Chill: Refrigerate the deviled strawberries for at least 30 minutes before serving for best texture and flavor.
- Serve & Enjoy: Arrange beautifully on a platter and watch them disappear!
Tips & Variations:
- • Drizzle with melted chocolate for an extra decadent treat.
- • Sprinkle crushed graham crackers on top for a true cheesecake vibe.
- • Try adding a little vanilla extract or lemon zest to the filling for a flavor twist.
