Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps
A quick and tasty wrap that’s perfect for lunch, dinner, or a snack!
Ingredients:
– 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (grilled, rotisserie, or baked)
– 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
– 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
– 3 tbsp garlic butter (see tip below)
– 1/4 cup mayonnaise or sour cream
– 2 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
– 4 large tortillas or wraps
Directions:
1. Make the filling: In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, and mayonnaise. Mix until everything is well-coated.
2. Assemble the wraps: Place a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread 1 tablespoon of garlic butter over the tortilla. Add a portion of the chicken mixture on top and sprinkle with parsley if you like.
3. Wrap tightly: Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up tightly like a burrito.
4. Toast the wraps: Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down and toast for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until they are golden brown and crispy.
5. Serve hot: Slice the wraps in half and enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce, like ranch, garlic aioli, or spicy mayo.
Garlic Butter Tip: Mix 3 tablespoons of melted butter with 2 minced garlic cloves and a pinch of salt for a delicious garlic butter.
