### Ingredients
– 2 cups frozen edamame (in pods)
– 1 tbsp sesame oil (or olive oil)
– 2-3 tbsp sweet chili sauce (store-bought or homemade)
– 1 tbsp soy sauce (low sodium, if preferred)
– 1 tsp rice vinegar (optional, for tanginess)
– 1/2 tsp red chili flakes (optional, for extra spice)
– 1/2 tsp sesame seeds (for garnish)
– 1 green onion (chopped, for garnish)

### Instructions
1. Cook the Edamame
– Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
– Add the frozen edamame pods and cook for 3-5 minutes until tender.
– Drain and set aside.
2. Prepare the Sauce
– Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
– Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
3. Add Flavor
– Add the sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar (if using), and chili flakes (if using) to the skillet.
– Stir well to combine, and cook for 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
4. Coat the Edamame
– Add the cooked edamame to the skillet.
– Toss well to coat the pods in the sweet chili sauce. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Serve
– Transfer the sweet chili edamame to a serving bowl.
– Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
