A crispy, flaky pastry filled with juicy seasoned beef and gooey melted cheese!

Ingredients
For the Filling:
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, diced
1 carrot, diced
½ bell pepper, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp salt


½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp thyme
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup cheddar cheese
For the Pastry:
1 sheet puff pastry
1 egg (for egg wash)
1 tbsp butter, melted
Instructions

1️⃣

 Prepare the Filling: In a pan, cook ground beef over medium heat. Add onion, carrots, bell pepper, and garlic, sautéing until softened. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme. Remove from heat and mix in shredded cheeses.

 Assemble the Roll: Roll out puff pastry on a floured surface. Spoon the beef mixture onto one side and roll it up tightly, sealing the edges.

 Bake: Brush with egg wash and melted butter for a golden crust. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
