Indian Tandoori Chicken Recipe
Ingredients:
– 2 lbs chicken thighs
– 1 cup plain yogurt
– 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
– 1 tbsp lemon juice
– Salt to taste
– Chopped cilantro for garnish
Directions:
1. In a bowl, mix together yogurt, tandoori masala, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, and salt.
2. Add chicken thighs to the marinade, making sure they are well coated. Marinate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
3. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
4. Place the marinated chicken on a baking tray and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until cooked through.
5. Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
