Festive Baked Brie Wreath with Herbed

Festive Baked Brie Wreath with Herbed Olive Oil and Pomegranate

Recipe

Ingredients:

1 round of brie cheese (8 oz)

16-20 pull-apart bread rolls

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon garlic, minced

1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped

1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped

Flaky sea salt, to taste

Fresh pomegranate seeds for garnish

Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Arrange the pull-apart bread rolls in a circle on a large baking sheet, creating a wreath shape.

Place the round of brie in the center of the wreath, ensuring that it is supported by the surrounding bread.

In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and rosemary.

Drizzle the herbed olive oil mixture over the top of the bread and brie, ensuring the brie is well-coated.

Sprinkle flaky sea salt over the entire wreath for an added touch of flavor.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and the brie is soft and melted.

Once out of the oven, garnish the bread wreath with fresh pomegranate seeds and additional rosemary sprigs for a festive touch.

Serve immediately and enjoy the gooey brie with warm bread.
