Strawberries & Cream Frappuccino
Ingredients:
For the frappuccino:
1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries (plus extra for garnish)
1 cup whole milk (or your favorite non-dairy alternative)
1/2 cup heavy cream (or coconut cream for non-dairy)
1/4 cup granulated sugar (or honey for a natural sweetener)
1 1/2 cups ice cubes
1 tsp vanilla extract
For the whipped cream:
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
2 tbsp powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
In a blender, combine the fresh or frozen strawberries, whole milk, heavy cream, sugar, ice cubes, and vanilla extract.
Blend until smooth and creamy. If the frappuccino is too thick, add more milk until you reach your desired consistency.
Pour the blended frappuccino into glasses.
To make the whipped cream, beat the heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract together until soft peaks form.
Top the frappuccino with a generous dollop of whipped cream and garnish with extra fresh strawberries.
