Light and Fragrant Orange Mousse

Ingredients (4 to 6 servings):
1 kg oranges for juice (approximately 40 cl of juice)
2 eggs
75g powdered sugar (100g if you prefer more sweetness)
2 tablespoons of corn
Finely grated 1 orange (about 1 tablespoon)
Preparation:
Prepare the juice and grate:
Squeeze the oranges until you get about 40 cl of juice.
Grate the peel of an orange until you get about 1 tablespoon of grating.
Bake the orange cream:
Boil orange juice in a bowl.
In a bowl, mix the egg yolks with a little warm juice and corn, beating well.
Pour this mixture into the pot with the rest of the boiling juice, stirring constantly.
Cook on low for 2-3 minutes or until cream thickens.
Remove the fire and let it cool completely.
