3-4 fresh hot peppers (jalapeños, serranos, or your choice)
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tbsp vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
How to Make It
Slice the hot peppers, removing seeds for less heat if desired.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat, adding garlic and sautéing until fragrant.
Add the peppers and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in vinegar, salt, and sugar, cooking for another 2-3 minutes.
Blend the mixture in a food processor until smooth. Let it cool before serving.
Spread it on sandwiches, serve with crackers, or dip your favorite veggies into it for a fiery kick!
