Strawberry Crunch Cheesecake and Banana Pudding Cheesecake

Ingredients
Crust:

Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine crushed vanilla wafers, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl.
- Press mixture into the bottom of a baking pan.
- Bake for 10 minutes and let cool completely.
2. Make the Cheesecake Base:
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing after each.
- Mix in vanilla and sour cream until well combined.
- Pour over the crust and bake for 35–40 minutes.
- Cool and refrigerate until set (at least 2 hours).
3. Assemble the Layers:

- Add chopped strawberries and drizzle with glaze.
Banana Side:
- Spread banana pudding over the other half.
- Add banana slices and top with whipped cream.
4. Add Final Toppings:
- Top with more strawberries and bananas.
- Drizzle with syrup and sprinkle with crushed vanilla wafers.
- Chill 1 hour before serving for best results.
