Air Fryer Stuffed Pickles – A Must-Try Snack!
Crispy, Cheesy, and Full of Flavor!
These Air Fryer Stuffed Pickles are a game-changing snack! Packed with creamy cheese, savory ranch seasoning, and crispy bacon bits, they’re the perfect low-carb, keto-friendly appetizer or party bite!
Ingredients
- • Cream cheese (softened)
- • Ranch seasoning (1–2 tsp, to taste)
- • Shredded cheddar cheese (about ½ cup)
- • Real beef bacon bits (2–3 tbsp)
- • Whole pickles (halved and hollowed out)
Instructions
- Prep the Pickles: Slice pickles in half lengthwise. Use a spoon to scoop out the center, creating a shallow “boat.” Pat them dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
- Make the Filling: In a bowl, mix cream cheese, ranch seasoning, cheddar cheese, and beef bacon bits until well combined.
- Stuff the Pickles: Spoon or pipe the mixture into the hollowed-out pickle halves, spreading evenly.
- Air Fry: Place stuffed pickles in the air fryer basket. Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 6–8 minutes, or until the tops are golden and slightly crispy.
- Serve: Let cool for a minute, then serve with your favorite dipping sauce or enjoy as-is!
Optional Add-Ons
- • Top with crushed pork rinds for extra crunch
- • Add diced jalapeños to the filling for a spicy kick
- • Try with flavored pickles like spicy or dill-garlic for a twist
