Triple Berry Freezer-Prep Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1 ripe banana (optional for added creaminess)
1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional for extra fiber and omega-3s)
1/2 cup Greek yogurt or dairy-free yogurt (for protein and creaminess)
1/2 cup almond milk or any milk of choice
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional for sweetness)
Instructions:
1. Prepare Freezer Packs:
In a freezer-safe bag or container, combine the frozen strawberries , blueberries
, and raspberries

If using banana , slice it up and add it to the bag/container.
Add the chia seeds to the mix (if using).
Seal the bag or container and store it in the freezer until you’re ready to make the smoothie.
