Ingredients:
2 Β½ cups all-purpose flour ![]()
1 tsp cinnamon ![]()
Β½ tsp salt ![]()
1 cup unsalted butter, softened ![]()
1 Β½ cups sugar ![]()
2 large eggs ![]()
2 tsp vanilla extract ![]()
ΒΌ cup sugar (for coating) ![]()
1 Β½ tsp cinnamon (for coating) ![]()
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Whisk flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
Beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
Gradually add dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
Spread dough evenly in the baking dish.
In a small bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over the top of the dough.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool before cutting into bars!
