🍔🧄 Whipped Feta & Garlic Butter Bacon Smash Burgers 😍

Ingredients:

For the Burgers:

1 lb ground beef (80/20)

1 tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

½ tsp smoked paprika

4 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled

1 tbsp butter

For the Whipped Feta:

4 oz feta cheese

¼ cup cream cheese, softened

2 tbsp Greek yogurt or sour cream

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp lemon juice

For the Garlic Butter:

2 tbsp butter, melted

1 clove garlic, minced

½ tsp dried parsley

For Assembly:

4 brioche or potato buns

4 slices cheddar or provolone cheese

½ cup arugula or lettuce

¼ cup sliced red onion

Directions:

Make the Whipped Feta:

In a food processor, blend feta, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, olive oil, and lemon juice until smooth. Set aside.

Prepare the Burgers:

2. In a bowl, season ground beef with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Form into 4 small balls.

3. Heat a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. Melt 1 tbsp butter.

4. Place a beef ball in the skillet and smash it down with a spatula. Cook for 2 minutes, flip, and cook another 1-2 minutes. Top with cheese. Repeat for all patties.

Make the Garlic Butter:

5. Mix melted butter with minced garlic and dried parsley. Brush onto toasted buns.

Assemble & Serve:

6. Spread whipped feta on the bottom bun. Add arugula, a smash patty, crumbled bacon, and red onion.

7. Top with the bun and enjoy!
