Jalapeño Hot Sauce
Ingredients:
10 fresh jalapeños (adjust for heat! )
1/2 cup water
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar (optional, for sweetness )
Juice of 1 lime (optional, for zesty flavor )
Instructions:
1. Prep the Peppers: Cut jalapeños in half lengthwise. Remove seeds for less heat!
2. Blend It Up: In a blender, combine jalapeños, vinegar, water, garlic, salt, and sugar (if using). Blend until smooth!
3. Cook the Sauce: Pour the mixture into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes. Let those flavors meld!
4. Taste Test: Adjust seasoning if needed. Add lime juice after cooking for a fresh twist!
5. Cool & Store: Let it cool, then transfer to a bottle or jar. Store in the fridge for up to a month!
