Creamy Garlic Chicken Bliss Recipe
Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tbsp olive oil
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup chicken broth
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
Season chicken breasts with paprika, salt, and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear the chicken breasts for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute). Add chicken broth, scraping the pan to deglaze.
Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.
