Cookies & Cream Chocolate Dessert

Ingredients:
For the cream layer:

400 g cream of milk (cream)
400 g of cream cheese
1 cup of sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
For the chocolate layer:

200g cup chocolate (you can use milk chocolate or semi dark)
200 ml of milk cream
Others:

Chocolate cookies or “Chocolate” type cookies (those shown in photo)
1 cup of strong coffee or milk (for dipping the biscuits)
Procedure:
Preparation of the cream:

In a bowl, beat the cream milk with the sugar until it thickens a little.
Add the cream cheese and vanilla essence, and keep beating until you get a homogeneous and creamy mixture. Stock up in the fridge while you make the chocolate.
Preparation of the chocolate layer:

In a bowl, melt the chocolate with cream milk in a maria bath or microwave (heat in 30 second intervals and stir until completely melted).
Mix well until you get a smooth chocolate cream. Let it cool down a bit.
Assemble of dessert:

In a rectangular fountain, place a layer of wet cookies briefly in coffee or milk. Make sure you don’t soak them too much so they don’t spill.
Cover the cookies with a layer of the cream mix you prepared.
Re-arranged another layer of wet cookies, followed by a layer of chocolate cream.
Repeat the process by alternating cookies, cream and chocolate layers until you finish with a chocolate layer on top.
Refreshment:

Let the dessert chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours, preferably from one day to the next, so that the layers sit well.
Serve:

Cuts in squares and serves well cold. Ready to enjoy!
