Who’s hungry for some Cheesy Pull-Apart Garlic Bread Meatball Sandwiches ? 😍

Ingredients:

12 slider buns or dinner rolls

12 cooked meatballs (homemade or frozen)

1 cup marinara sauce

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

3 tablespoons butter, melted

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

½ teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.

Slice the slider buns in half, keeping them connected at the edges, and place the bottom half into the prepared dish.

Spread marinara sauce evenly on top of the buns.

Place one meatball on each bun, followed by mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.

Top with the other half of the buns.

In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with minced garlic, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the top of the buns.

Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Then remove the foil and bake for another 5-7 minutes until golden and bubbly.

Sprinkle with fresh parsley, serve warm, and enjoy!
