A dream come true for chocolate lovers! This delight has a spongy sponge cake and a cream filling that will make you want to repeat. 😍

👵🏼Ingredients👵🏼

For the cake:

• 5 eggs 🥚

• 5 tbsp. of sugar 🍬

• 5 tbsp. of flour 🌾

• 2 tbsp. cocoa 🍫

• 1 tbsp. bitter cocoa 🍫

• 1 sachet of yeast 🧁

• Butter to grease 🧈

For the cream:

• 200 g cold cream 🥛

• 4 tbsp. icing sugar 🍬

• 2 tbsp. cocoa 🍫

• 3 drops of vanilla essence (optional) 🍦

👵🏼Preparation👵🏼

1️⃣ Prepare the cream:

Beat the cold cream with the icing sugar until thick. Add the cocoa and vanilla. Mix well and store in the refrigerator.

2️⃣ Make the cake:

• Preheat the oven to 180°C.

• Beat the eggs with the sugar until you get a foamy mixture.

• Little by little add the sifted flour, cocoa and yeast. Mix with enveloping movements.

• Pour the dough into a greased mold and bake for 20-25 minutes.

3️⃣ Assembly:

• Cut the cake into two layers.

• Fill with the chocolate cream.

• Decorate with more cream, cocoa powder or chocolate chips.
