RECIPE FOR LUMPIA FILLED WITH CHICKEN AND CARROTS
Ingredients :
– 250 gr chicken, clean, boil and shred
– 1 shaved carrot
– 2 spring onions, finely sliced
– 2 eggs
– salt
– flavoring
– sugar
– Pepper
How to make:
1. Stir all the ingredients until evenly mixed.
2. Take a piece of spring roll skin, add the filling, fold it like an envelope, do it all the way through and fry until cooked.
Spring rolls are ready to be served
