– 1 tin condensed milk

– 2 Peppermint Crisp bars, crushed

Mix crushed Tennis biscuits with melted butter and press into a tart tin to form the base. Chill for 20 minutes.
In a bowl, whisk condensed milk with lemon and orange juice until smooth and thickened.
Pour the citrus filling over the chilled biscuit base.
