Oven-Baked BBQ Ribs
Ingredients:
• 2 racks of baby back ribs (about 4 lbs)
• 1 teaspoon black pepper
• 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 teaspoon onion powder
• 1 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite kind)
• 2 tablespoons honey
• 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).

In a small bowl, mix salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Rub this spice mixture evenly over both sides of the ribs.
Wrap each rack of ribs tightly in aluminum foil and place them on a baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 2.5–3 hours, until the ribs are tender and pull away easily from the bone.
In a small bowl, mix the BBQ sauce, honey, and apple cider vinegar.
Remove the ribs from the oven and carefully unwrap them. Brush a generous layer of the BBQ sauce mixture over the ribs.
Increase the oven temperature to 400°F (200°C). Place the ribs back in the oven uncovered for 10–15 minutes, or until the sauce caramelizes and becomes sticky.
Remove the ribs from the oven, brush with more BBQ sauce, slice, and serve hot.
