Restaurant-Style Filet Mignon 🥩✨ | Perfect Steak Dinner Recipe

For the Steaks:

6 filet mignon steaks (6-8 oz each)

2 tbsp olive oil

Kosher salt and black pepper

2 tbsp chopped parsley

1 tbsp sesame seeds

For the Garlic Butter:

4 tbsp unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

Prep Steaks: Take steaks out of the fridge 30-60 min before cooking. Pat dry, brush with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.

Make Garlic Butter:

Melt butter in a small saucepan.

Add garlic, soy sauce, and Worcestershire; simmer for 2-3 min. Keep warm.

Cook Steaks:

Heat grill or pan on high.

Sear steaks 4-5 min per side for medium-rare (135°F). Baste with garlic butter while cooking.

Rest steaks 5-10 min.

Serve: Drizzle with remaining garlic butter, sprinkle with parsley and sesame seeds, and enjoy!
