Cheesy Garlic Bubble Bread Pull-Apart

Ingredients:

1 packet (7g) instant yeast

3/4 cup warm water

1/2 tsp sugar

2 cups plain flour

1/2 tsp salt

2 tbsp olive oil

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

2 garlic cloves, minced

2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped

Instructions:

Prepare the dough:

In a small bowl, combine the yeast, warm water, and sugar. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.

In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, and olive oil. Pour in the yeast mixture and mix until a dough forms. Knead on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes until smooth. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.

Prepare the garlic butter:

In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and parsley.

Assemble the pull-apart:

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a round or square baking dish.

Divide the dough into small pieces (about the size of a walnut). Roll each piece into a ball, dip it into the garlic butter, and layer the balls in the prepared dish. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese between the layers as you go.

Bake:

Once all the dough balls are layered, pour any remaining garlic butter over the top. Sprinkle with any leftover cheese.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden and bubbling.

Serve:

Let cool slightly, then serve warm as a starter or side. Enjoy pulling apart the cheesy, garlicky goodness!
