Homemade Chocolate Covered Ice Cream Bars
**Ingredients :**
– Vanilla Ice Cream (or any favorite flavor)
– Melt chocolate (milk, black or white)
– Smashed nuts –
– Sprinkles

**Instructions :**
1. **Get the ice bars ready :**
– Scoop the vanilla ice cream into molds or form bars with a spoon.
– Insert an ice stick into each bar and freeze until solid (about 2-3 hours).
2. **Melting chocolate :**
– In a microwave-safe bowl, melt your chocolate in 30 seconds, stirring in between until smooth.
3. **Dip bars :**
– Once frozen solid, dip each ice bar in the melted chocolate, making sure to fully coated.
4. **Add some toppings :**
– Before the chocolate sets, sprinkle crushed nuts, cookies or sprinkle on the bars.
– For some variations, you can pour white chocolate or add crushed candies like caramel.
5. **Rules :**
– Place chocolate dipped bars in the freezer to harden for 30 minutes.
