Holiday Reese’s Peanut Butter Bark Recipe

Holiday Reese’s Peanut Butter Bark Recipe

Ingredients:

1 cup creamy peanut butter (smooth)

1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips

1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips

10-12 mini Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, chopped

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Holiday sprinkles (optional, for decoration)

Instructions:

Prepare your baking pan:

Line a 9×9-inch square baking dish (or a similar-sized dish) with parchment paper or wax paper, leaving a little overhang for easy removal later.

Melt the white chocolate:

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth and fully melted.

Stir in the vanilla extract for flavor and set aside.

Melt the milk chocolate and peanut butter:

In another microwave-safe bowl, melt the milk chocolate chips with the creamy peanut butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth and well combined.

Layer the bark:

Pour the milk chocolate and peanut butter mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly with a spatula.

Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the milk chocolate layer. Use a knife or toothpick to swirl the two layers together to create a marbled effect.

Add Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups:

Sprinkle the chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups over the top of the bark, gently pressing them into the chocolate layers.

Optionally, add holiday sprinkles or crushed candy canes on top for a festive touch.

Chill to set:

Refrigerate the bark for about 2 hours or until fully set and firm to the touch.

Break into pieces:

Once set, use the parchment paper overhang to lift the bark from the pan. Break it into irregular pieces with your hands or a sharp knife.

Serve and enjoy:

Serve the Holiday Reese’s Peanut Butter Bark as a sweet treat during the holidays, or package it up as a thoughtful homemade gift for friends and family.
