Ingredients:
- 2 kilograms sliced pork shoulder
Marinade Sauce:
- ¾ cup soy sauce
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup ketchup
- 6 pcs calamansi juice/ extract
- 2 tbsp oil
- salt and pepper
(you can also put garlic if you want)
Methods:
Cut the pork into thin slices.
Place in a mixing bowl and set aside.
Combine the marinade sauce in a bowl. Mix well.
Pour it into the bowl with the sliced pork.
Mix well until combined. Transfer them to a container with a lid. Marinate overnight.
