Ingredients:

1 lb kielbasa sausage (sliced into rounds)

4 cups frozen diced hash brown potatoes (thawed)

1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup sour cream

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup

1/2 cup milk

1/4 cup butter (melted)

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

Salt and pepper (to taste)

1/4 cup breadcrumbs (optional, for topping)

2 tbsp fresh parsley (for garnish, optional)

Instructions:

Preheat the oven:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Cook the kielbasa:

In a skillet, lightly brown the kielbasa slices over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes. Set aside.

Prepare the casserole mixture:
