Creamy Garlic Butter Steak and Lobster Tail
Ingredients
For the Steak and Lobster Tail:
2 ribeye steaks (or your choice of steak)
2 lobster tails, thawed if frozen
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and black pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon butter (for cooking the lobster)
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
For the Creamy Garlic Butter Sauce:
1/4 cup unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon fresh thyme (optional)

Instructions
Prepare the Lobster Tails:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Use kitchen shears to cut the top of each lobster tail lengthwise, exposing the meat.
Remove the lobster meat from the shell, but leave the base intact so it stays connected to the shell.
Season the lobster meat with salt, pepper, and a sprinkle of garlic powder and paprika.
In a small pan, melt 1 tablespoon butter over medium heat.
Sear the lobster tails for 3-4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through, then remove from the pan and set aside.
Cook the Steak:
Season the ribeye steaks generously with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika on both sides.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear the steaks for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or adjust cooking time based on your preferred doneness.
Once cooked, remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest.
Make the Creamy Garlic Butter Sauce:
In the same skillet used for the steak, melt 1/4 cup of butter over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine.
Add the Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, and thyme (if using). Stir until the sauce thickens and becomes creamy.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Assemble the Dish:
Place the cooked steaks on a plate.
Top with the seared lobster tails.
Pour the creamy garlic butter sauce generously over the steak and lobster.
Serve:
Garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
