INGREDIENTS:

– 1 pound ground turkey

– 2 cups bread crumbs

– 1 cup cooked cranberries

– 1 teaspoon dried sage

– Salt and pepper to taste

– 1 egg, beaten

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, bread crumbs, cooked cranberries, chopped onion, minced garlic, fresh parsley, dried sage, and season with salt and pepper.

3. Add the beaten egg to the mixture and stir until all ingredients are well incorporated.
