Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef (80/20)
Salt and pepper to taste
4 burger buns (sesame)
4 slices of cheddar cheese
4 strips of crispy bacon
Mayonnaise (optional)
Pickles (optional)
For the fries:
4 large russet potatoes, cut into fries
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Β½ cup cheese sauce
Fresh parsley for garnish
Salt to taste
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Fries:
Preheat your oven to 425Β°F (220Β°C).
Arrange the fries on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt. Bake for 30 minutes or until crispy.
