“This looks so hearty and satisfying! I made this for a family dinner, and it’s a hit every time. All the flavors of a cheeseburger without the bun—perfect for a lighter yet indulgent meal. Must express something to keep getting my recipes…. Thank you.”

Ingredients:

1 pound ground beef

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and black pepper to taste

6 cups mixed lettuce (romaine, iceberg, or your choice)

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/2 cup diced red onion

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup dill pickle slices

Dressing:

1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons ketchup

1 tablespoon mustard

1 teaspoon pickle juice (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess fat and set aside to cool slightly.

In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, cherry tomatoes, red onion, shredded cheddar cheese, and pickle slices.

In a small bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients: mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, pickle juice, salt, and pepper. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Add the cooked ground beef to the salad and drizzle with the dressing. Toss until well coated.

Serve immediately and enjoy this delicious deconstructed cheeseburger!
