4 croissants (sliced in half)
4 large eggs
4 slices of cooked bacon (or ham)
4 slices of cheddar or Swiss cheese

For the Maple-Dijon Sauce
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp mayonnaise (optional for extra creaminess)
For Garnish (Optional)
Fresh parsley (chopped)
Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the Maple-Dijon Sauce
In a small bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, maple syrup, and mayonnaise (if using) until smooth.
Set aside.
2️⃣ Cook the Eggs
Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Crack the eggs into the skillet and cook them to your preference (sunny-side-up, scrambled, or over-easy).
